Paladin LC, DBA Hargraves Investigative & Security Solutions (HISS) was founded in 1997. Initially, the Agency’s primary focus was to locate, recover and transport runaways and lost or abducted children. Over the next decade, hundreds of locations and transports were successfully completed all over the U.S.

Today, we have expanded into a licensed, bonded and insured Investigative/Security Agency in the State of Utah meeting the minimum requirement of 10,000 verifiable investigative hours. We specialize in several fields of investigation, such as White Collar Crime, Surveillance, Business Investigation Audits, Child Custody, Fraud, Crime Scene Forensics, Digital Forensics, Pre-Employment Investigations as well as skip tracing and transports. It is our mission to find and create new inventive ways to gather the information our clients need.

Further, we provide Security Risk Assessments and high level Security/Protection services to our clients. This faction of the company is unique in that our agents are all current of former SWAT/Special Forces Operators. The agency is also committed to knowing the latest in digital technology and creating innovative ways to enhance our clients personal and corporate security.

Jennifer provides vast knowledge and experience in the use of forensic science, which is today’s standard of criminal investigations. She has an established track record while working for the Department of Defense and other Federal and Local jurisdictions. Jennifer has over 12 years experience in general criminal investigations: burglary, identity theft, domestic violence etc.

University of Florida; Death Investigation Certificate, Forensic Science M.S. Program. University of Utah; Bachelor of Science, College of Health Sciences.

Certified Latent Print Examiner; International Association for Identification.

Certified Senior Crime Scene Analyst; International Association for Identification.

Accomplished network security professional with 20 years in the computer and network security industry. Extensive experience with online security packages and tools for both penetration testing and defense against online security attacks. Knowledge of aspects of security from DDOS denial of service attacks to targeted service and Wi-Fi attacks. Experienced in training others to defend themselves and their organizations against various security attacks.
